I began my career as a Professional Nutritional Counselor in 2009 at a private practice in Parker, Colorado, at the Parker Adventist Hospital, working alongside an amazing team of dedicated doctors and health professionals. They went beyond mainstream medicine, blending Eastern and Western approaches with nutrition to better serve patients whose health needs weren't being fully met elsewhere. I quickly realized how rewarding it was to work with people as true individuals with unique health histories, not just "patients," because there is no "one-size-fits-all" when it comes to health and wellness.

Born and raised in Kona, Hawaii, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support my local community and others beyond it. Starting my nutritional business came from a deep love for my community and a genuine desire to help others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. For me, it’s about more than just diet. It’s about empowering others to thrive, helping families grow strong, and seeing individuals feel their best from the inside out.

I’ve learned that nutritional counseling can create meaningful change by offering practical guidance that fits real lives.
